1967 Shelby Cobra kit car. Low mileage with a 460 engine. The drive train is basically a large block Ford V-8 professionally built by a racing engineer, the transmission is a race-built automatic and of course, it is a rear-wheel drive. I suspect the suspension came from a Jaguar because they were typically used for kit car suspensions in those days.
