Take a look at this expertly built Factory Five Racing Cobra MK. III brought to you by Caruso Classic Cars. This kit was purchased from FFR in 2008 and over the course of two years was built into the incredible roadster pictured. The car has won many awards including first place at the Endicott car show the past 3 years and best motor at the FFR open house 2015. This car isn’t just your average FFR kit. Many components have been added or improved upon. This car is fast and needs nothing!

Engine – Engine is a candy apple red powder coated mustang 5.0 built by MPE racing. It has a 3.00” stroke camshaft, forged steel rods, lightweight pistons, a Paxton super charger, a Ron Davis aluminum radiator with dual fans, an MSD ignition, Moroso oil pan, braided stainless lines, an aluminum drive shaft, a Ford Racing steel flywheel, a King Cobra clutch kit and much more. The motor was dynode at 370 HP at the rear wheels.

Transmission – World Class 5 Speed manual

Interior & Options – The interior of the car is completely new and replicates the original cobra interior. This includes door pockets, sun visors, wing windows, a finished trunk, and a custom upholstered center console.

Exterior & Options– The car has been professionally painted in a dark blue scheme with white stripes. The paint job on the car is completely flawless! The body also has fender liners and a protective film on the lower body and fenders to prevent road rash. One of the nicest touches on the car is the custom frenched hood scoop. The car comes equipped with Gas & Go polished stainless steel side pipes.

Brakes & Suspension – The car features 4 wheel disc brakes which have been powder coated in candy blue. The rotors are chrome. The suspension is stock to the factory five kit with a chrome tubular frame and a candy apple powder coated rear end. All brake lines are stainless braided lines.

Undercarriage – The underside of the car has been completely coated and is clean. There are a few spots with surface rust on the front end components. The gas tank is brand new with a sump feature.
