It was professionally built by one of the top builders in the county.  You’ll quickly see, this wasn’t an at home garage attempt at a build.  Every component of the car was carefully selected, and most importantly, every component, according to the builder, was new.  The engine, transaxle (Porsche), etc…was all stated as new.
