The engine used was a 1641cc built by a local bug shop back in the 90s.  It still runs perfectly.  Has a brand new set of Dual Solex Carburators.  Still the engine runs excellent!  Transmission shift excellent with no grinding or syncro issues.  Brakes in good shape with a good pedal.  Tires have less than 500 miles but are older, should be ok for driving the local streets but not so much on the freeway.
