Do you remember the 80’s movie with Carl Weathers as the infamous Detroit, Michigan Police Detective Sergeant Jericho Jackson, known locally as “Action Jackson”! His nemesis in this movie is Peter Anthony Dellaplane played by Craig T. Nelson. The way he launders his money is through an automotive company that builds a car called the “Halley”. The car was originally designed by a gentleman called “Kenny Youngblood” specifically for the Action Jackson Movie. It was then slightly redesigned & put into production as a kit or turn-key in about 1986 by Pacific Motorsports in CA.
